Children removed and father arrested after his infant son falls from Fisher-Price baby swing.
On June 29th, 2011, Timothy Cloud was accused of Shocking & Heinous abuse of his children and they were removed by OKDHS. Since this time Mr. Cloud has not been allowed to see or talk with his children and OKDHS refused to allow Mrs. Cloud visitation unless she seperated from her husband.
These parents have been falsely accused and everyone who knows them can vouch for there commitment to their children and the community. They have even spent years of their lives teaching the youth at Woodcrest Baptist Church during the TeamKids program.
Logan County has since dismissed the Shocking & Heinous petition "In the best interest of justice", however Mr. Cloud has still not been allowed to see his children and OKDHS will only allow Mrs. Cloud to have supervised hourly visits, once a week. The parental rights of Mr. & Mrs. Cloud have been violated and the children are suffering because of the actions of OKDHS.
The children's regular pediatrician, Dr. Sabrina Olay has written a letter stating these children have always been properly cared for and never shown any signs of abuse. Both Mr. & Mrs. Cloud have a clean criminal record, other than these allegations.
In February 2012, Mr. Cloud was interviewed by FOX25 in regards to these charges and the interview is posted at this site. Please watch it and sign this petition in an attempt to reunite this family.
