Mr. Mack is a dedicated educator and upstanding professional who serves the children of E.L Bouie Traditional Theme School. As he did in the United States Army, he continues to serve as a role model and a fine example of leadership and excellence. Everyday he lives out the vision of DeKalb County Schools as he inspires our children to achieve educational success. For reasons not disclosed to parents/students of his classroom, he has been on administrative leave since September 22, 2022. There is no way he can inspire our children from home. He cannot contribute to the mission to ensure student success outside of the classroom. Mr. Mack provides hands on learning experiences and consistent, compassionate effective discipline. Additionally, he fosters good character (individually & collectively), helps to develop appropriate social skills, and encourages confidence and enthusiasm toward learning.
