There are many factors that come along with the issue of children growing up too fast such as older siblings, puberty, social media, etc. Older siblings is a factor because many young children look up to older siblings and some follow in their footsteps. Children typically look up to their older siblings and want to do everything they do, it potentially leads to early experimentation with alcohol, vaping, etc. These young children are entering puberty at a young age. Puberty is much easier to find in girls rather than boys and being a certain race could also have an effect with puberty. Social media plays a huge role in children's life because children  are putting away the “old fashioned” toys of dolls and trucks and are trading them in for cell phones and iPods. Kids these days are not playing outside with their friends after school, they are forced to stay home alone and take care of their siblings while their parents work. Children should enjoy every moment of their childhood and not live wanting to grow up.
