There is mothers that care for children who has health issues and at moments they are unable to work they're unable to keep up with the everyday things that it takes to provide for their children when there are fathers out here doing drugs creating issues in their lives to make them not pay child support because of the rules in the guidelines of child support and that's unfair to mothers who do suffer from health issues.
