Single parents do not get enough support from  CMS, if anything CMS cause more distress. CMS are leaving loopholes that allows the non resident parent to avoid paying which means many children are going without the maintence they deserve. Drastic changes need to be implemented in many areas. Not enough is being done by CMS to ensure that the non resident parent pays what they should. There needs to be a complete restructure within the CMS, regulations need to be more forceful to make sure the children are getting the child maintenance which they deserve. Majority of single parents raise their concerns with CMS but are not being heard instead dismissed. Hopefully with enough signatures we can make our voices heard for the sake of our children’s human rights.
