There should be ban on megaphones loudspeakers used by pushcart vendor's and garbage vehicles in residential areas. They are not aware of the public nuisance they are creating. Development to an extent is good but when it exceeds it creates irritation. When a pushcart vendor's keep on repeating the recorded audio for more than 15 mins that too in high volume it seriously affect the mental health of aged and bed ridden people more over it's affecting the studies too. As there is no apartment or high buildings in my residential area creating such a nuisance can't be tolerated. Garbage vehicles should be given proper instructions to play music in low sound, now a days it's too extreme. Government should consider this petition seriously and ban the usage of microphones and loudspeakers in pushcart vendor's vehicle as well as garbage vehicles.
