Please refuse/cancel the orders issued to army units to clean tourist waste in hills.

Following recent instructions issued by government of India, it seems that you, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), have ordered officer led patrols to be tasked to clean up the bio-degradable waste left behind by tourists in high altitude areas. This is not a military task and is highly demeaning, to say the least.
You can easily refuse to follow this order, since you are bound to follow only legitimate orders of the government, not following which will prevent some military objectives to be achieved. The government is simply out of its powers to order this.
Soldiers do not have a union, so they can't collectively stand up to this ignominy. Hence, it is the duty of us citizens who send them to war, to take it up on their behalf.
Sir, kindly refuse/cancel this order and save the dignity of the army and that of our outstandingly brave and committed soldiers. You are their guardian.
