- Diversion of Funds from Manohar Parrikar Samiti building fund to healthcare services.we don't need statues we need better health facilities.In times of troubles hospitals help statues don't.Goa has so many statues today one just at Miramar circle right now being used as a traffic junction and nothing else.Right now our funds in Goa is running in losses Goa in neck deep loans.Which is going to be a worse burden to the people.If remembrance is really needed a Manohar Parrikar hospital can be build which will help in a serving a better purpose.
