Subject : Request for urgent intervention to install the CCTV & facilities of Audio-video on all court premises, including court rooms and judges' chambers.
Respected Sir,
I request you that kindly install the CCTV & facilities of Audio-video on all court premises, including court rooms and judges' chambers. All hearings and meetings in judges' chambers should be recorded and available for playback. This will enable the public to keep an eye on judges, and improve the quality of orders & judgments.
There is no need for privacy in courtrooms as nothing private happens there. The installation of CCTV cameras in the courts would be in larger public interest, discipline and security. The installation of CCTVs and video recording of court proceedings "is important" and would be beneficial for all in order to bring transparency.
I would be highly thankful for your kind Act & Consideration. I pray for your kind intervention.
Best Regards.
