Repeal parole and the illegal conditions underlining the system of parole

Millions of people in the United States are being released from prison, and are subsequently, placed on parole, which, in turn, becomes in and of itself, another prison. Parole and the conditions underlying parole deprives individuals of their fundamental rights and freedoms enunciated within the U.S. Constitution. It curtails and cuts into their right to vote; their right to travel without restriction, permission or limitation; their right to bear arms; their right to vote; their right to due process; along with their right to be equally protected by law from double jeopardy and cruel and unusual punishment. Parole constitutes double jeopardy by placing individuals under confinement for the same crime and offense twice upon one's release from their initial imprisonment. They're being penalized twice for the same crime and offense. The system has indeed became a monopoly mandating laws that force individuals to pay monthly a specified fee or tax in order to secure their (under direct supervision) freedom. This is indeed a Ponzi scheme impinging upon one's liberties. It encroaches and restricts individuals from pursuing housing and employment of their own choice. It literally restricts ppl from properly transitioning back into society.
It is of extreme importance that this justice is made aware of the abuse the conditions of parole has placed on the lives of many in the United States. It is brought before this court for those in power to repeal this system of parole, which violates the rights of citizens released from prison according to the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 14th, 16th, 19th, and 21st Amendment of the United States Constitution.
