Continue support Zen3 CPUs for older AM4 motherboards [Let's make AMD great again]

Earlier AMD gave a promise:
"unprecedented in the history of desktop computing, and we want that socket to continue forward to 2020 and support even more families of processors down the road. This is a tremendous achievement that we’re proud of, to have this very flexible, user-friendly, upgrade-friendly ecosystem out there, and we’re making it even better.

A year ago on in May 2019 AMD in the publication of Erin Maiorino (Ryzen Desktop Product Marketing Manager at AMD) confirmed this promise once again.

Erin Maiorino says:
"With the launch of the AM4 platform in 2016, we at AMD made a commitment to maintain and support socket AM4 through 2020. During that time, we have continued to evolve the platform to offer new features, more performance, and greater functionality. With a single socket ranging from entry level to enthusiast class motherboards, consumers have the flexibility to start with the hardware that meets their needs today, and upgrade to their growing performance demands tomorrow."

Everyone that bought B450 motherboard just a couple of months ago cannot get to work Zen3 CPUs. So, for these users AM4 has no upgrade options at all. Also, all the other B350, X370, A320, and X470 boards have the same artificial problem created by AMD. This situation appeared just because AMD doesn't want to stay true to their promise.

Furthermore, according to Robert Hallock (Technical Marketing lead for AMD consumer processors) post:
"AMD has no plans to introduce “Zen 3” architecture support for older chipsets. While we wish could enable full support for every processor on every chipset, the flash memory chips that store BIOS settings and support have capacity limitations. Given these limitations, and the unprecedented longevity of the AM4 socket, there will inevitably be a time and place where a transition to free up space is necessary—the AMD 500 Series chipsets are that time."'s totally clear that there is absolutely no technical reason to drop the support of older chipsets and breaking the promise. The capacity of flash memory chips cannot be a technical issue, because firmware can contain whatever CPU support list AMD want (f.e. AMD can easily drop support of Summit Ridge Generation to provide support of Vermeer with no problem).

So, please support this petition to make AMD keep their promise and make Zen3 support for older boards possible.
