AT used to provide an excellent major event bus service from Albany south direct to venues eg. Mount Smart, Eden Park. It was well used, quick and convenient.

This was quietly removed by AT and North Shore residents are now forced to ride to the city and then change to alternative buses or trains, creating a bottleneck in an already dysfunctional city, delays and general inconvenience; as well as making life harder for people with mobility issues.

This was not a customer focused decision by AT and certainly does not serve the ratepayers of North Shore, who are frequently short-changed by Auckland Council and its COOs. Tell AT to re-instate major event bus services from the North Shore.
