Subject: fundamental of rights to equality and discriminations for one eyed person -Blindness (single eye with full vision) under Right of person with disabilities act 2016 regarding.

The state government and central government are not providing any employment and assistance to the disabled people who do not have such a blindness (single eye having full vision). This is because they are not considered as a person with disabilities but under the right to person with disabilities Act 2016, concessions are not granted to persons below 40 under the section 2(r). But only 30 is provided by the Government of India and India medical council for the disabled persons who do not have blindness (single eye - full vision). An eye blindness (single eye- full vision) people with disabilities have no eye sight, thats the right side or the left- side and at the back also no vision depends upon the loss of vision of the eye, and the 3-D dimension they have a vision will not appear in the foreground, out of 180 degrees they can get 120 degrees, is the only reason for this. If that is not the Government of India and the Indian Medical Council for the disabilities was rejected. The front view is only 120 degrees, with 67 percent of the viewer’s not aware of the 60-degree view. At the same time, the India medical council or medical board recommends that a person without a vision cannot perform certain tasks based on a medical certificate. At the same time, a few jobs for people with visual impairments (low vision) are not offered due to blindness (single eye- full vision person). They are completely rejected and they are not given any reservations. In such conditions, separate identify for such persons with blindness (single eye – full vision) can be identified and given a separate reservation and given to them as right in a legal manner. Not all jobs are offered to those with a blindness of single eye - full vision and rather are provided to those who do not have an eye itself. But how justifiable is the India medical council and Government of India and a few jobs and the identification of their disabilities. Identification of persons with blindness (single eye - full vision) can be identified as belonging to the disabilities and they should be given a separate reservation and given to them in the legal proceedings of the Disabled Persons, or in the case if they say they are not a disability - blindness (single eye- full vision), they should be given two-sided eyes and all jobs should be provided to them without any division. Only those who do not have a blindness (single eye - full vision) can be seen in dual role how disabilities and non- disabilities it is and how it is possible to deprive them of their fundamental rights. So I humbly request you to re-examine the 30 of the blindness (single eye - full vision) to be either included in the separate blindness (Single eye – full vision) category with reservation or considered as regular persons who can perform all jobs. I request yourselves for an appropriate action for them and treat them as citizens of the Government of India.
