Personally, I prefer to order my waffle fries "well done", so by time I get to my final destination with my food (i.e. home, the office, a park), the fries are not cold and soggy. Last week, I was informed that corporate no longer allows for "well done" waffle fries and this is definitely a "first world problem", but I want my fries crispy. While speaking with the drive-thru attendant about this new corporate rule, she expressed that I was not the first person to be astonished by corporate's disregard of our love of crispy fries, so I decided to take it to the people and let our voices be heard. BRING BACK OUR CHOICE FOR WELL DONE FRIES!
