Myanmar has gone through the military coup again!  As we speak, the killing has been going on.  The junta has been committing crimes against humanity!  

There has been a yearly revenue of $1.1B from oil and gas sales.  The revenue payments have been gone up in smoke to fatten and line the junta’s pocket.  With this cash, the junta could buy more bullets to kill peaceful protesters and children indiscriminately.   Can you image how many more lives those bullets can kill?

In order to chokehold on the revenue streams, we are hereby together to petition Chevron, Total, Petronas, POSCO, and others JV operators:

To hold the revenue payments in escrow until the return of the democratically elected government 

To cut ties with junta

To stand with the people of Burma and support MOGE’s CDM 

To respect and honor the imposed sanctions
