My 6 month old puppy Birch was hit and killed by a speeding driver on Towle Road. If the driver had gone two more feet to the right he would have hit a mother and her child as well  as my puppy. My dog was 30 pounds and the mans car was shattered in pieces from how hard the collision was. My puppy was crushed by the impact. I have seen so many reckless drivers turning our roads into speedways and this is my last straw. For our safety, our families safety and our pets safety please sign this petition to prove that we all can come together and make a change for the better.
