We are in need of the Perrymont Building in the Bellwood area.On February 20th  the Planning Commission will meet and discuss what they are plan to do with the building. It has been vacant for some time now and is perfect location for us to provide services to Bellwood area to families living in motels, trailer parks and other neighborhoods. We have been serving Hot meals to this community for over 3 years and doing weekly food distribution. We have sent a team to Raleigh ,NC for job training this past September to give needed skills to help the adults in the area gain reemployment or first time employment,We also began a after school program engaging parents with children in homework skills with several teachers signed up to assist us.

Losing our building after 3 years due to landlord selling property forced us to go down to only serving these struggling for familes to twice a week at a Civic center we only rent temporarily due to not enough days available or space. And now with no place to do after school program, jobs for life, recovery or mentoring program.Everything is on hold.Chesterfield County Christmas Mother award us Community Charity of the Year. Our prayer and hope is that they will find it in their heart to not only consider but reach a agreement in planning which will allow us to use the Perrymont building to continue to restore this community again to a flourishing healthy organism.Community is a incubator to change. To date we are partnering with Chesterfield Food Bank,Krogers,Pizza Express,Olive Garden and Panera Bread for food. Many area churches, businesses and individuals are volunteering to help our efforts.

Please sign our petition to encourage Chesterfield County Planning that  you agree with allowing us use of Perrymont School to continue to help the children, elderly, vets, addicted homeless and families of this sweet community.Thank you so much!
