This petition is for the children's of the town for being refused a place at Winsford academy when it is not filled to capacity they all have the right to go to high school in there home town and not to be forced to accept placements  in neighbouring towns this will have an bad effect on there high school education and could limit there exam results and  job prospects for the future these are there most important school years and starting high school is a very frightening time for many children which will now be much worse the ones refused a place in there home town I now ask Cheshire West and Chester council to do all in there power to resolve this situation and to contact all relevant bodies to Winsford academy to assist in more places being made available as the school is approximately 500 places below capacity
