This petition calls on Cheshire Fire Authority to retain two engines at Ellesmere Port Fire Station.

Ellesmere Port Fire Station currently has two fire engines but draft plans from Cheshire Fire Authority recommend reducing this to just one.  There is a strong case for the retention of two fire engines in Ellesmere Port. Ellesmere Port is a growing town with more and more houses being built as well as a long standing large industrial base which needs fire cover.
