I'm calling on the residents of Congleton to boycott the new Costa Coffee planned for Barns Road, Congleton, on the site of the existing Congleton Household Waste and Recycling Centre. This boycott should be in place until a suitable location in Congleton has been identified to serve as a replacement site for our Household Waste and Recycling Centre.
