We the undersigned members, residents and friends of those who live on Prior Station and County Road 8 respectfully request that you consider our petition against the use of both roads for Indian Mountain ATV Park access.

The road is too small and narrow for the high volumes of traffic the park is attracting. It is unsafe for riders and the community alike. ATV park go-ers speeding, as well as driving under the influence is also a major concern for the community. The roads are narrow and curvy and contain livestock at points. The area is rarely supervised by law enforcement, further making it unsafe for all.
