Make the old Cookridge Hospital site safe.

Cookridge Hospital first opened in 1869 and closed its doors in 2008, since then Cookridge hospital has been left abandoned.
The site has been bought by property developers, yet the site has remained derelict and undeveloped for several years.
Cookridge Hospital is regularly trespassed upon by children and young people.
After years of decay the site has become incredibly dangerous.
What’s more it has become a hot spot for antisocial behavior: underage drinking, noise nuisance, fly-tipping and fires are regularly set inside the building.
This has been allowed to go on for too long.
If the owners of the site do not act then it is only a matter of time before a tragic accident occurs.
We call upon the owners to act now to secure the site and prevent another heartbreaking accident.
Please sign the petition to urge the developers to act!
