Everyone in the Sandy Creek neighborhood of Franklin would love to be able to get Internet in their homes, MULTIPLE homes would sign up for this service. We are only 10 minutes from the town of Franklin and believe it would be very beneficial if we would be able to get Internet/TV/Phone services in our neighborhood. People in more rural areas than us are provided with this service, and that does not seem fair. 

This would require spectrum to run a connection line to our neighborhood.
