Dear members of the Charleston County Planning Commission,

This is a petition on behalf of residents of the Hunt Club, Red Top, and West Ashley residents to request deferral of the application submitted by Versus Development Partners to amend Hunt Club PD 73C to PD 73 E to allow additional commercial uses. We request deferral until the applicant meets with the residents of the Hunt Club and surrounding communities to discuss our concerns. Our HOA did not notify of us of the proposal to submit an application for this development. If deferment is not approved, we ask for these conditions of approval to exclude the following uses:

gas stations 

fast food with drive thru 

liquor store

We feel these uses will create many negative impacts to our community, those which will be further detailed at the planning commission meeting.
