Beaches and the right to enjoy them should be free for all people

This is a public beach! There is literally no where to park that it doesnt cost atleast 10$!! If residents dont like it then maybe they shouldnt own a home next to a public beach!!!

Beaches should always be open to the public and in order to have it open to the public, the public needs a place to park or the town can provide feee 24 hour buses and a parking area.

I'm a taxpayer and have a right to use the beach. If property owns and the town are allowed to encroach on public right of ways then I dont want my tax dollars going towards upkeep of the beaches, road right of ways and easements.

This is a clear infringement on human rights and the residents are clearly breaking the law. Covering up municipal signs (parking, not parking, hours etc) is illegal.

I live in Charleston County and deserve access to the beaches.
