We demand that the DSHS of Texas institutes the following in regards to the registration of CBD retail outlets. 

* All employees, Owners, and independent sales consultants must obtain 3rd party CBD Certified Certificate for either distributors and/or providers with a continual 3rd party training.

* Majority of business conducted must be a high percentage of hemp derived CBD.

The CBD Retailers Association's (CRA) main focus is the sustainability of the Hemp derived CBD industry and it is the CRA's stance that hemp derived CBD should only be sold through approved registants. In addition to local, state, and federal regulations, all hemp derived CBD retail, must display 3rd party training and certification and majority of gross sales must be in conjunction of hemp derived CBD.
