Hi, I’m a survivor of SA, the SFPD police department tried but let me down as they have to many others. The laws that say what is and isn’t rape are wrong. The person who did what he did to me I couldn’t prosecute him because my sergeant said according to the penal laws I didn’t say no loud enough, to the guy who did what he did to me it could’ve look like consent and I didn’t do the rape kit which would’ve been more evidence. But I had just turned 18 and didn’t wanna deal with the cops and realized what had just happened to me. The penal laws have to change this isn’t right. I want every person this has happened to get justice. The little girls and boys they never deserved that. Please sign❤️
