Far too long students have been required to adhere to a dress code that was set by the district and prohibited and sense of individuality. Although, the initial reasons for the suggested dress code mandates were great, they have proven to be ineffective in reducing anticipated bullying, inappropriate school attire and has increased the amount of time students are missing in class lecture due to frequent ISS visits for violations.
