There is a new policy at our school of Chelsea High where you are late 5 times in whatever class gets you ISS(In school suspension). I am here to challenge that policy and would like to change it to 5 times and restarts every week back to 0. The reason for this is for some it's unfair and also there wouldn't be enough space especially at Chelsea High School. Research shows In School Suspension lowers graduation rate and also all around the whole world around 3 million people get suspended and in school suspension is usually ineffective.
