I will say a lot of people here will be like me. Playing pubg m for a long time, I will assume. I have been playing since season 2. Issue is my account was hacked, social media wasn’t. So, it was the in-game linked e-mail address and password that was hacked as my social media has 2FA and I didn’t see any 3rd party logins.

So, the question is how did it happen. I have never heard users getting hacked from linked in game email until now and I think there are many of them. I also think you introduce that option to link via email and mobile phone, to make it secure not to be get hacked. Its not just me a lot of people experienced this and are questioning whether it might be a leak at pubg m end, which of course pubg m would deny.

Enough of leaks, lets go to the main issue of the customer service, which is not dependable at all and not a customer service. It is just some people acting like bots and not as humans. They will type the same exact recorded text asking for some details and if it wouldn’t match, they won’t even care to listen to you. I have friends spending over $40k on this game and lost their account due to this slow and unreliable service.

As, the service is slow, hackers get time to use cheats and purposely ban the account and pubg m wouldn’t do anything after the account is ban for 10 years. Just, giving us an idea on how they don’t care about their users and its at the end just business for them. Just to add they would even care to listen if your account is banned. 

I can still access the game and also can the hacker as he has linked a social media. But it is like waiting for the day when the hacker use some cheat and I will get a permanent ban. My id is 5128922406.

Lastly, I would urge them to be transparent and saying what’s wrong with the details or helping us how to fetch them, I have seen some of them do tell, but when asked another question they wouldn’t respond as shown in the petition. I have created ticket over 3 times and same text has been sent to me.

If not this, at least create a better platform of managing accounts linked to game and a better platform of customer service without every time  going to the game and accessing service through it. There are hundreds of users who have lost their accounts or will lost while spending so much money in this game including me. I believe that there are millions things pubg m can add to improve accounts and in game security with better service.

That’s all for me. I hope they change this and some users might be spared from hacks and leaks.
