I know some of you will have your own views on this, but I have witnessed so many people on home swap sites post their devastation over people pulling out just before or after papers signed to exchange especially in a chain. 
I propose this petition to the govt and housing authorities all over to change the rules on this as so many of us have families involved, I myself am a mum to 3 autistic complex needs children and cannot afford for this to happen. Everyone has their genuine  reasons for needing to swap homes. I propose that unless evidential medical reasons or financial struggles etc that this no longer be accepted for people to pull out of a swap once papers are signed. People NEED to be honest open and 100% sure before even going ahead with anything so do all your research ask around etc most of us on these sites are here to help 1 another get to our desired home choice.  So pls sign this petition for the sakes of our children,mental health and job security.
