Personally while having to contact workcover due to a workplace bullying and intimidation case, I was subject to ongoing bullying and intimidation from my work cover case manager. We need the policy of recording all calls to and from workcover to ensure this practice can not continue. Also workcover should follow a procedure of recording all company complaints to refer to with ongoing complaints to ensure the employees complaint can be fairly assessed on previous company conduct. Lastly workcover should have customer satisfaction audits on a regular basis. This is an urgent issue and should be addressed as a priority to assist potencial work cover clients to have access to a fair process without having to endure ongoing intimidation accelerating their concerns and health issues.
