As a mother of two boys and an employee of the Houston County Board of Education it only makes sense to me to have trick-or-treating in Houston County on the last Saturday of the month of October. 

If it were on a set day as the last Saturday of the month every October then it would give parents times to get their kids ready for the night and have time to get rested up before returning to school. I feel like would be a win for parents and teachers all over the Houston County.
