There is absolutely no need for the final three letters in the word tho. For such a common, frequently used word, it has way too many letters. We are living in the 21st century and typing it all out is a monumental waste of time, not to mention it is spelled almost exactly the same as the word thought. We do not need this confusion in our lives and would be much better off if the spelling was officially changed.
