The incompetent referee waited for Bernard Foley to start his kicking motion to determine that he took too long and awarded a disgraceful penalty to the All Blacks. This needs to stop. He needs his betting accounts investigated. Even the commentators have never seen this. We do not want the usual we are sorry crap. We want the correct result. Maybe a court order will do it?
