On May 5, 2022 the world lost the single most important Snail to ever live. Snailbert was a distinguished resident of Miami Beach who will never be forgotten. Snailbert was a pure soul who never did anything wrong. Henry Flagler was a problematic white man who definitely did a bunch of bad stuff. It is obvious that Monument Island in Biscayne Bay should be renamed to reflect the values of the current year. Snailbert Monument Island is a much more fitting name for the place with an obelisk where everyone gets drunk and damages their boats on weekends, and this petition seeks to show that the people of Miami Beach demand change. #SnailbertForever
