Change the name of Claytor Lake Dam to Claytor Lake Darn

Since 1943, boaters and outdoor enthusiasts have enjoyed the wonders of Claytor Lake. The majesty of Claytor Lake has not come without confusion. For generations, adults enjoying the lake have been forced to explain to their children why you can say "Claytor Lake Dam" and not "Damn." Awkward conversations and cringe-inducing puns like, "Watch out for the damn, dam" or "Damn, that's a big dam" are common on boat rides and kids are pushing the envelope on using appropriate language in front of their family. We must stop this madness.
By signing this position, you are telling AEP and our Pulaski County elected officials that these bad jokes and confusion must end. You want to support ILOVECLAYTORLAKE.COM in their mission protect Virginia's youth and immediately and forever change the name of the "Claytor Lake Dam" to the "Claytor Lake Darn"
