My name is R'mone Clark, the son of Mikeral Leon Clark. My father Mikeral was killed by a train in a tractor trailer on August 28, 2019 in Kernersville, NC. The location of this fatality is a private business driveway with a railroad crossing by the name of OmniSource of Western North Carolina at 1426 W. Mountain Street.

Due to the North Carolina Department of Transportation's current laws regarding private businesses with rail crossing, this branch of OmniSource has chosen NOT to install safety equipment to prevent a 5th accident, 2nd fatality. The current N.C. law protects this business from being required to do so.
