The dress code last year was completely different and gave us freedom to wear stuff like tank tops and leggings but this year it has drastically changed. We are no longer allowed to wear leggings without covering it up with shorts or a skirt, this also applies with jeggings and I am guessing skinny jeans. Are shoulders and armpits must be covered. It also says that tank tops attracts “undue attention.” The dress code also says that tank tops are “immodest clothing.” I am sure many students can agree that shoulders aren’t distracting in anyway so who is this dress code for? Are we distracting the teachers? If so they should be the ones punished for looking a middle schooler in such a way and not us for wearing something that shows our shoulders.
