Government of UT of Kashmir recently passed an order for a March session for all students in place of the current October session.
We the people living in Kashmir and Ladakh and Kargil see very harsh winters without any infrastructure available for the children especially in Government schools where they study in open fields without any arrangements for heating etc. Our public Transport is also not equipped to handle major snowfall in winter month of December. So this appeal is to sign this petition for change of this order back to   October session as it used to be for so many decades.
