As everyone is aware, the current property management at Centro Condominiums is very rude, demeaning, scheaming etc.   Residents, owners and tenants alike,  are met with condescending emails and confrontations from Elena. There have been issues with a large part of the tenants and owners living in Centro when Elena is concerned. There are small issues such as “dog pee fines” for $100 each and large issues such as flooding issues the building has that get thrown on the unit tenants or owners with lies and schemes amongst SOME of the issues. Elena is straight out rude and treats the people sharing this building with disrespect. She slams doors and has confrontational conversations with unit tenants and owners. We should be living in a space where it is easy to get a hold of your management office, where it is a pleasure to come home to, and where you dont feel you’re being harrassed every time you speak or have an issue. This petition is for us owners and residents to come together and show the board members, at the next board meeting, that we would like changes to the current management of the building.

We want:
- A respectful, professional building manager/caretaker
- A respectful, professional property manager who puts the interest of owners, residents, and Centro Condominiums before the interest of themselves and the employees hired to provide a service to Centro.
- A respectful, professional  council who puts the interest of owners, residents, and Centro Condominiums before the interest of themselves
- Open communication between board members and owners
- Improved communication between the property management team and residents
- Transparency into the financials and all issues affecting the building (ex. The HUGE water and electrical issue the building has had forever)
