I have seen many people passionately making petitions in this websites for many great causes, but these people fail to realize that this website will not bring in or convince the authorities to change the system. To prove this, I am making a petition  to shut down this site. Change.org claims to have 200 million people using this website. So, if more than 50% or 100million signatures change.org will have to shut down. I am 100% sure that evem if 150 million people(75% of users) sign this petition, the website will not shut down. Hence proving my point that making petitions in this website is useless and a waste of time.
