As of right now, people are talking about this new variant, me along with many other students believe that Saint Francis should stay online for at LEAST a week if not two. I think that it gives time for those that traveled to have the time to get tested and for those that don’t  believe in this virus to not come to school positive and to infect the ones that do. Saint Francis is still giving out tests three days into the return of school, that alone seems very outrageous because if someone did test positive within that week, they will be exposing people from one to three days. As a student I feel unsafe going back to school with having kids that have traveled, and for the people at higher risk. I do not want to bring home a virus that could possibly not effect me but could ultimately kill my parents if they have a weaker immune system.
