On May 31st 2020, during Tulsa's BLM demonstration in downtown Tulsa an incident involving a vehicle striking peaceful protestors resulted in the release of several videos of the event. One still from one video has been extracted, detached from its context and weaponized against the individual JACOB VALENTINE (from sapulpa) for an alleged crime committed that was "caught on video" when the truck and trailer were moving forward.

The video evidence actually counters the narrative that has come forward and local newspapers are scrambling to retract initial reports FALSELY supporting/accusing JACOB VALENTINE of animal abuse.

  1. JACOB VALENTINE picked up a gas canister that was launched into the crowd from the east side (in front of the truck). Video evidence shows he threw the cannister OVER the trailer AWAY FROM THE CROWDS and it did not enter the trailer.
  2. NO HORSES were present in the trailer per most recent reports and protestors reports from being on the ground. The trailer was examined by police not long after leaving the scene. OHP has jurisdiction and decided that since no horses were present, no charges were pressed on JACOB based on these false reports.
  3. The original petition was a clear attack on the movement to discredit the nonviolent tactics employed by the protestors and to purposefully mislead the public into believing a completely false narrative. The author of the petition was not present at the protest, they seemed to spend 5 minutes designing their protest and the sole purpose was to garner negative attention.
