My daughter and grandson are living in poor conditions. The conditions of the property, the bedroom that my grandson shares with his mum is like an icebox.

The cold room is causing my grandson's hands and lips to go blue. My grandson has had emergency services come out to him at home on a numerous occasions plus loads of visits to the GP surgery. With recurring chest/viral infections. Also developed Croup. He is poorly on a regular basis with cough, colds and runny nose and high temperature. The bedroom has mould in it which aint helping my grandson.

My daughter also has her own personal issues and it is putting a strain on her health too. Constantly stressed out and anxious. Her and baby are living in a studio flat, it is open planned so baby can burn himself in the kitchen on the cooker etc. Because there is no safety.

Poor insulation that is why the bedroom is so cold

Clarion Housing management team have been out.  BUT NO CHANGE. NO ONE IS LISTENING SO IM SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS.

 The council need to move her and baby to a better and safer environment so my grandson and daughter can breathe easy and live a normal life ad possible. PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU HELP!!!!!
