Problem
Young people dominate the population of the universe in terms of number, so a good fraction of these youngsters have resorted to drug and substance abuse. We all know the impacts of drug and substance abuse, ranging from financial constraints to the hazardous health lifestyles.

Solution
The government should ensure that, it facilitates civil education and provision of recreational facilities in our societies to help us reduce the cost and risks of curing lifestyle diseases

Personal story
In this 21 century, I can't help noticing that the majority of the drug and substance addiction victims are our young brothers and sisters in their teen ages. They cheat their parents, steal and participate in criminal activities to secure that extra money to spend on drugs. And by this many of our youths are either going way wars or end up not being reproductive at all and or they indulge themselves in vices that are against the morals of any society, they sexualise each other while under the influence of drugs and substances.
