The Medsup Takaba sub-county Referral Hospital Dr. Muktar has for long now been frustrating staffs both casuals and medical staffs to whom some have left the station for other facilities within the county and even outside the county. The employment act protect the staffs by highlighting their rights and how they are supposed to be protected. The medsup have no work etiquette and at times choose to confront staffs in front of the patients and relatives for his public relation (PR). He constantly denies staffs due offs, leaves and not open for critics and prefer autocracy over democracy. Staffs families who resides outside Takaba are disadvantaged with the actions of the Medsup. It's with regrets that the continuing oppression in Takaba SCRH is affecting the service delivery to the community who are the tax payers and the intented beneficiaries of the health service that the county government of Mandera has heavily invested in it. We therefore request all the staffs from all Cadres to sign this petition without fear to protect the current and the future staffs of the great Takaba referral hospital against oppression, frustration, torture and mutilation of their rights provided for them by the constitution of Kenya under the employment act. This petition will be served to the county government of Mandera, The MOH Kenya Afya House, The Human rights office to help restore humanity and staff rights in Takaba SCRH.
