Every day I see people on their phone while they are driving. I see them going over the line, running reds, and overall putting lives at risk. Missouri's only law that makes texting and driving illegal is for people 21 years and younger. Texting and driving crashes are most common in ages 20-29. the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) also says that bans on younger drivers do not work. This petition is to get Missouri law lifted from texting and driving being illegal from 21 years and younger all people.
