Many others and I agree that the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Dui Laws are unfair and wrong. Any medical marijuana patient in the state of Pennsylvania is at risk of being charged with a DUI. There are no rules on amounts of THC in a person's system. Anyone who has any level of THC in their body is at risk of being charged. Once a patient gets their first offense, it is quite easy to have another and risk jail time. This especially affects the younger population, including myself. People are afraid to fight these charges in court because of how the law is now written. How is this state going to hand out Medical Marijuana Cards to anyone who says they have a disability? Then charge outrageous pricing for their product. To be easily incriminated and spend more time, energy, stress, and money into their medicine. The system is unfair, and I am still experiencing it firsthand. I am 18 years old, with so much life to live, and yet I have to fear my freedom every single day just to be able to use my medicine. To make it even worse, they want to drag out the matter for as long as up to 2 years. A lot of people who have their medical cards, have some form of mental illness, and this problem makes life harder to live. All because they were prescribed medication and then not talked about the laws regarding their medicine. This problem needs to change before it continues to ruin lives. 

Anyone with a medical card in Pa has their freedom at risk.
