Koishi Komeiji, a character in the Touhou franchise, translates to “Little Rock” to denote her near-unidentifiable presence. As one of the most popular characters in the cult classic, long running Touhou franschise, I propose changing Little Rock, Arkansas to Koishi, Arkansas in her honor.
